Owner’s Representative:
Dick is keenly aware that careful planning, proper organization and strong
leadership is key to the successful outcome of any project. Dick’s resume as an
owner’s representative dates back to 1978 where he managed the renovation
of Capilano Stadium in Vancouver, British Columbia and continued throughout
the years under contracts with The State of Tennessee, Cookeville Housing Authority and Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County.

Communications and Community Outreach:
Dick understands that good communication can improve teamwork and lead to
better project results. Over the past several decades Dick’s communication skills
have led to the successful completion of many construction projects and community
initiatives. Dick provided community outreach in 2014 for a new triple-A
Baseball Park in the Germantown area of Nashville.

Master Planning:
Dick knows that comprehensive master planning provides the foundation and
blueprint for success in the development of any physical asset. The highlights
of Dick’s master planning experience include Tennessee State Fairgrounds
Master Plan, Cookeville Housing Authority Master Plan, Metro Nashville Judicial
Planning and Program Assessment, Davidson County Sheriff’s Office Complex
Master Plan and Nashville General Hospital Master Plan.
