Jim’s culmination of four decades of a creative and progressive management style along with extensive technical experience in the design and construction industry has built his reputation and CPS’s as a respected voice in protecting the interest of owners.
Jim has decades of expertise in multiple commercial construction sectors including major public sector facilities, higher education, K- 12, manufacturing, hospitality, and commercial.
Jim was named Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2003 for Public/Private financing, design, and construction on a $1 billion public school program in Greenville, South Carolina.
